2x100 Free progressive - last 25m FULL @2:00

100 Free Catch Up100 Back Catch Up

8x50 @ 1:15 - every 2nd FULL SPEED, all others base tempo with long strokes

100 Free Catch Up

100 Back Catch Up

4x100 Free Pull Buoy - first 12,5m sculling - rest base tempo, gliding, long strokes @ 2:30

200 Breast with Fly kicks

200 easy cool down - your choice
